Oyuki kigan 0
'San-byo' means 'three seconds', and it refers to the time someone (in this case a friend who worked at 7-11) can pick up food (in this case a nikuman) after it has fallen on the ground and still serve it. Of course, it is not store policy, but a generally followed custom. Enjoy! Because I lived in Nagano and am a vegetarian, i preferred Oyaki to nikuman any day.
Ocean11 0
Big thumbs up to oyaki! There's a fantastic oyaki shop on the 'back route' between Nagano Station and Immigration that I always went to when I had to go to la Migra. The 'skin' is made with soba and the fillings are strongly flavoured with miso. Better by far than mans.
