badmigraine 0
I guess the true legends are those who live next to the ski resort, and still ride all day when the weather is dodgy. I probably wouldn't do it unless it involved freshies. But being an urban, weekend boarder, I gladly ride no matter what the conditions...all about justifying the huge cash outlay and committed vacation days!
mina2 6
Ah yes one of the big advantages of living up in the mountains, or fairly near them anyway. Unfortunately, I'm not a legend. Blizzards and I stay in or just shovel.
bejunper 0
I'm going to be going out on the snow for my first time this season so I'm hoping for good weather when I go. Does snow falling affect much? ie is it easier or more difficult to board in heavy snow??
strange 0
Not having the luxury of living close to the hills I take what I get when I'm up there. Prefer good weather of course after an overnight dump, but don't we all.
Roger's head 0
I like light snow falling, with a bit of sun at the same time. Thats really cool when that happens.
peach 0
It would be so sweet to be able to pick and choose by living near the hills. Unfortunately, I don't so I'm in that group of people who just have to take what they get. I'm usually lucky though....
Wizz 11
The good thing about snowy weather is that the slopes are less busy. Ditto lunch time. Best times to be out there.
HoTRoD 2
I'm not too far from some decent hills so I can be more picky than people living long distances away. I don't mind snow falling - it has to fall sometime right- but I will not ride in rain, that really sucks big time. (The poll should separate rain and snow - sure most people think the same)
