Hello!

Can somebody tell me what is meaning of "Progressive" Rock? Now on tv there is special featuring music videos and tokushu special is called "progressive rock" - it sounds like rock song to me, can anybody tell me.

70's 80's rock that could be boring as hell, but also muchly enjoyed if your head was spacy enough.

 

SUPERTRAMP pretty much the quintessential prog.rock boyz.

LED ZEP also, altho heavy/early metal purists may disagree.

Alright... I was wrong. These are post-rock, not progressive-rock.
