TheOrange 0
When I put on weight, it seems to appear on my face and round my waist. I have a friend who is really fat, you know really really big huge waist. It's disgusting in fact. But he has a really slim face. It's strange. How about other people? I wonder how this all works? tsondaboy 0
Same goes for me, I only put on weight arround my waist.
gamera 0
I think it really depends on the person and race. Mongolians like Japanese have wide faces but westerners have deep faces. So when you see people from his/her front side, I think Japanese look chubbier than they are coz of the wide face. When you see people from sideways, Westerners look hum.... what I should say? In my case, I put weight anywhere! Face, waists, legs.... everywhere! Niku tsukimakuri!
I'm Sexy 0
I must not put on the weight. I hope to keep good fit shape for long time. I must do many kind of exercise to keep it. Niku tsukimakuri! It's funny!

flipside 0
If I do no exercise but elbow-bending I get a little pot belly but can't put on weight anywhere else. Must be my high metabolism or something. Eat rice!
indosnm 0
usually people will put on weight round the belly and that will usually be the last place that it comes off from! Flipside, High metabolism sounds like a good thing then you can almost eat anything you want. For some of us that don't have a high metab rice would be a bad option, but steroids work well for me! Yeah sounds simple but for me here I have to work much harder at staying fit than I ever did back home. Thats due to not being able to surf everyday. I don't enjoy running and walking etc as much as I do surfing do its a real chore. Gym is great but weights don't keep the spare from getting bigger!

gamera 0
Does anyone have any recommendation to lose some weight? My stomach still looks like a beer barrel though I seldom drink. I walk around at least 30 mins a day , on a diet program of 1680 kilo calories a day
JellyBelly 1
Tell us about your diet program, gamera. (Ever consider doing anything more vigorous than walking)

brett_jackson 0
Gamera, if you're serious about losing weight, you should seek professional advice. No offence to anyone on this thread who may know a lot about weight loss etc, but each person digests food in a slightly different way and a professional dietician/naturopath/or even doctor would be able to determine what would work best for you. I do agree with JellyBelly though ... more excercise is definately a good idea. The older you get, the more important it is to keep active. Keeps you out of the nursing homes for longer
orinoco 0
And a bit of choccy or some other treat every now and again makes the pain a bit less.
