HeatherLocklearRocks 1
I'm going to Korea for a week on Monday and wondering if I can use wireless internet at the airport? Anyone with any experience? My PC has built in wireless I believe, just never used it before..

tsondaboy 0
I was able to use it at Narita airport, check for the wireles lan area. Usually it is in the waiting room near the boarding gates.
ian.f 0
Do we need to do some setting up? On the site it has the below, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me (what is DHCP?) Wireless LAN Settings SSID: NRT-AIRPORT WEP: Disable *Wireless LAN Card Settings Please refer to manufacturer's instructions. Computer Settings A private address will be allocated by the DHCP server and a connection can be made without changing computer network (TCP/IP properties, etc.) settings to DHCP. However, the browser proxy settings should be deleted.

scouser 4
Thanks for that, I tried last year (admittedly just quickly) and couldn't get it working.
sunrise 0
I just saw posted elsewhere: At Narita you can use the Yahoo netcafe for free.
HeatherLocklearRocks 1
Thanks for the help, it worked!
Wizz 11
I was recently at Narita Term 2. The Yahoo area (after youve gone through immigration) is indeed free with no time limits. 50 PCs they have.
scouser 4
Sounds good, do they have that in terminal 1 too, couldnt find anything online.
window-cleaner 0
No - only in terminal 2.
guzzlers-baps 0
I tried to logon to the "FREE" wirelss internet in the airport as it says on the website. It all went ok until I opened up my browser and a page appeared with different services available - and they were all charged services. So basically if I wanted to continue I'd have to sign up for some service and pay for it. So much for free. I'm pretty sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. Anyway I went through and used the Yahoo place for free. Great idea that.
scoobydoo 0
I'm on my way there this morning, glad to know about this. The Yahoo place sounds just the deal.
