sanjo 2
The map indicating the areas is much better than your "northern Japan" things before. Let's see how your results go!
merryJim 1
Fairly strong shake again earlier today. There seem to be a lot in the last few weeks.

AET 0
What's the deal with the earthquakes rahul-san? No major ones in the next few weeks?
merryJim 1
I think you better ask grungy-gonads as well about that. He has had a great "success rate" of late.
grungy-gonads 54
My success rate is alarmingly high. My next prediction is as follows: THERE WILL BE A STRONG EARTHQUAKE IN JAPAN (OR SOMEWHERE NEAR JAPAN) OF MAGNITUDE 5.5 OR ABOVE BETWEEN NOW AND 30TH NOVEMBER 2006. YOU SHOULD TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS. As always I have mailed my mum and lots of earthquake boffins as absolute proof of the success of my prediction method. (Which involves rabbits and cabbage, as well as the moon).
2pints-mate 0
I will take all necessary precautions. (What are they by the way?)
joshnii 2
Hold on to your beds. Earthquakes are also taking a summer vacation it seems.
sanjo 2
"Serious" earthquake program on NHK right now folks...

sanjo 2
I missed all the loud dramatic music, the huge tabloid-like lettering covering the screen and the talent doing lots of oooooooohhhhhs and eeeeeeehhhhs. Almost boring it was.
xxx 2
That was a fairly decent sized shaker the other day in Tokyo.
scouser 4
Yes I felt that I was on the 10th floor of a fairly old building so there was a fair amount of moving going on.
grungy-gonads 54
My next prediction is as follows: THERE WILL BE A STRONG EARTHQUAKE IN JAPAN (OR SOMEWHERE NEAR JAPAN) OF MAGNITUDE 5.5 OR ABOVE BETWEEN NOW AND 30TH NOVEMBER 2006. YOU SHOULD TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS. I was correct. My success rate remains 100%. On 1st September, there was a M5.7 down in some southerly island. Look out for my next prediction. sanjo 2
It has been relatively quite on the earthquake front of late. Not a bad thing. (Or is a long quiet a bad thing). Haven't felt one for many months now.
big-will 7
I still see our friend Rahul on the Recent Visitors list from time to time. He doesn't seem to be as forthcoming with his predictions recently though......
