mina2 6
Wouldn't you be getting the Tohoku Shinkansen to Tokyo Station?
RayInJapan 0
If you are trying to go from Aomori city to Tokyo, you'll have to catch a regular train from Aomori City to Hachinohe. From Hachinohe, you can catch the Hayate Shinkansen to Tokyo Station. To get from Tokyo station to Narita, catch the Narita Express... If you're trying to go from somewhere else in Aomori prefecture, you'll still have to get to Hachinohe first before heading south. The website with all the info is: http://www.world.eki-net.com/ Depending on your departure time, you don't necessarily have to spend the night in Tokyo. Also - if you buy your airline ticket early enough, a jet to Haneda out of Misawa City is only 15,400 yen. I imagine going out of Aomori City isn't much more. Add the 3000 yen for the bus ride from Haneda to Narita, and the jet/bus connection is actually cheaper than riding the trains. But only if you can get advance tickets...normal priced tickets are pretty expensive compared to the trains...
SnowConnection 0
Zipper, I do not uderstand what you mean. Anyway, Super Express train bounds Tokyo for Hachinohe. East JR(Japan Railway) serves Express trains between Aomori and Hachinohe. You can buy a JR ticket bound Aomori for Ueno or Tokyo. Tokyo is the terminal. (I suppose you would change the trains at Hachinohe...) At Ueno, you may change the train to a "Keisei Skyliner" train for Narita airport. At Tokyo, you may change the train to a "JR Narita Express" train for Narita airport. Keisei is another railway company to JR.
