gogalago 0
Has anyone had success with Japanese credit cards on SAC? Just tried to buy something and had mine declined... The complication was that it was for US shipping only, but was trying to send it to a mate there anyway - ie billing and shipping addresses were different. Is this a general problem or just because it was a US-only shipment?
bushpig 0
I have, but getting it shipped to Japan. Didn't have to deal with that. Did you try contacting them? Their service is pretty good. Try the live staff chat on Backcountry.com and they might be able to sort it out for you.
Yuki's Passion 1
goga, some items such as Acrteryx cant be shipped intl so you need to read the fine print at the bottom while ordering about what items can/cant be shipped
Kumapix 0
i use a japanese cc with a us addy. make your id before you need to buy something. usually they need to charge your card an amount around a dollar to check that it's really yours. You tell them how much they charged and then they ok it. Maybe buy something from backcountry.com or from the outlet first to get the card ok'd
Fattwins 0
They are pretty good at holding stuff for you to sort things out. start a dialog with them and get an account set up.
