Wondering what other people are up to as well. ----------------- Santa carving at Kandatsu, 12/25/2004 First time out using splitboard + skins, Kagura 12/28/2004 Doubling-back for the Nise-Kagura peak with a telemark buddy. Learned that splits are great for long extended climbs, but a pain for short climbs and up/n/down terrain. Got some Verts snowshoes right after this. 12/29/2004 Iwappara. One too many biff. 01/01/2005 Kagura. #1 High-speed lift was stopped due to winds, so we post-holed our way up the course. Weird hearing J-Pop along the way. I would have gone into the backcountry when I was there at the same time. Looked like really thick trees around the resort area. That and not knowing where to go. Link to post Share on other sites
