its-a-clock 0
Anyone who has been out and about over New Year - have the slopes been crowded where you are/were?
stepchild 0
white valley was dead, probably because it's a tiny resort. i had an ace time there with a crew of about 15 snowboarders bouncing around in about 80cm of fresh powder. but anywhere is good with that kind of snow. naeba and kagura weren't that busy on the 27th. okutone on the 2nd was not so crowded either, probably a minute wait in the line for the chair. damn good riding some powder finally.. orinoco 0
It wasn't crowded up in Hokkaido (Sahoro). Not empty but nothing annoying.

I must have been on a different Happo than you that day. We were able to get fresh tracks for a few hours and never waited in a line.

Fattwins 0
Toque all I remember is hitting everything just about prefectly. usagi first tracks for 3 laps kurobishi first tracks then the skyline for first tracks. then lapping the seconds. Then ducking the ropes down low for deep pow and a little chuckle. Yeah sweet way to ring in the new year.
