Spagetti Borognese fan me-self which altho' was over-sweet it tasted supersweet cos it was first day!. Missus had kare-raisu which in a "bikkuri shite" moment actually had meat in it. echineko 1
A friend of mine went and they said surprising it was not so busy. But they had good time even not so much great snow. I want to go!
tsondaboy 0
I was up there with the Montoya`s yesterday. Thanks to the guys I had a great time. The main Gelende was a bit busy, and all the fresh snow was gone. We hiked up the top though and went down the course under the Kagura #5 romance car. The snow was still a bit heavy, nevertheless I had my first pow-lines for this season!
SKI 15
I will be there soon, well as soon as a decent dump arrives. It's good to hear the stories though.

merryJim 1
If I am correct, they don't actually use all of those lifts (or they haven't been when I have been there), esp the single one.

minus 1
I'm sure I've seen it going..... perhaps it's just a "on really busy days" thing. On those days though that Kagura mail course in the photo is more black than white.

RockyV 0
gamanshitene ashitakara kuruyo (don't worry (have patience) it's (the snow) coming tomorrow English sounds a bit harder than the Japanese that's why I replied in Japanese
SnowJapan Admin SnowJapan#Andrew 6 Posted December 1, 2005 SnowJapan Admin Share Posted December 1, 2005 Just kidding! I've been in Yuzawa for about 15 years now, and so I'm fairly used to the fact that we usually get some snowfall early on - sometimes as much as 30cm or so - then it all sadly melts before the snow arrives that really sticks. The question is when does the first real dump arrive - the one that sticks around! Hopefully soon.
SnowJapan Admin SnowJapan#Andrew 6 Posted December 2, 2005 SnowJapan Admin Share Posted December 2, 2005 We've just heard from montoya who has sent on a report and photos from the slopes of Kagura today http://www.snowjapan.com/e/daily/yuzawa-now.php Thanks montoya!
