Fattwins 0
That doesnt mean that the rules should be changed to handicap people, this isnt horse racing.
sock_monkey 0
doesn't {or didn't) ski jumping have points for landing?

ncorrenti 0
Did anyone see Lydia Ierodiaconou's crash? That sent chills through me. Sounded like she was in incredible pain, poor girl.
bushpig 0
didn't see it, but extensive damage was the verdict...
ncorrenti 0
Yep, it was bad. I heard she busted both her ACL and medial meniscus. That's gonna put her out of action for a year at least.
big-will 7
Sounds nasty that, didn't see it myself either.
scoobydoo 0
That Japanese figure skater with the funny mouth/face is annoying with her constant droning of "I can do it because of the support"-like comments. And her strange mouth. Ando seems to be falling over a lot practising here 4 turns.
Fattwins 0
distance is still main. id love to see the full jumping video but Japan wont show it
Ocean11 0
> That Japanese figure skater with the funny mouth/face is annoying with her constant droning of "I can do it because of the support"-like comments. And her strange mouth. Yeah, but I get dirty thoughts when she's doing all of that, so bring it on. And when Arakawa does that leg lifting thing. When is an announcer going to say "And of course, this is a classic stripper pose" vvvvttatzzz as his mike is jerked out of the equipment. Mikiti going through bad hormone hell. Too much chocolate. Spots. Ugliness. Not enough victory. Lack of actual talent? Did anybody see the International Pairs Massacre? I saw a very short section on male/female pairs dropping each other onto the hard ice and falling in heaps, then staring at each other with I HATE YOU! YOU [censored]ED UP MY OLYMPIC BID! eyes. AND MY ELBOW REALLY [censored]ING HURTS!! It was funny in a gruesome sort of way. Hardboot snowboarding looks good. I wish I had done some of that.
Fattwins 0
had done mate what are you too old to try?
gamera 0
Saw a snowboarding competition. A pair of brothers were snowboarding in a race. Wonder how their family yell - praying both win!?
brit-gob 9
Miki really seems to have changed a lot this last year. Last years version looked much better.
bushpig 0
O11, I saw that short segment on all those pairs drops! Classic wasn't it!
Ocean11 0
Indeed. Gales of laughter when the lady suddenly chose to lie down on the ice and pull her beau down on top of her. I used to know girls like that... H11 was cooing "Ne, onii-chan, oniiiii-chan" (following his Dad's lead I'm sorry to say.) Arakawa's stripper dance wins the gold! Japan's first and so far only! For leg-lifting no less. Good stuff.
JellyBelly 1
There a whole lot of "hey look at what I've got" in figure skating isn't there? Pervs.

sock_monkey 0
Quote: She looks like she is going to cry all the time speaking of which, every japanese athlete i've seen interviewed post competition has been crying or teary eyed. even with the bad results it seems excessive
