I recommend going up to southern Nagano, or even up to Hakuba if you can, but that might be too far for a day.....sure you don't have 2 days?!! All resorts have clothes and equipment available so you shouldn't worry about that. It can cost you anywhere between 2000 yen to 4000 yen a day......Good luck. Link to post Share on other sites

(It's my first trip to Asia, I'm going to be in Japan for 11 days) So, I figured, hit the slopes while I'm at it- since since seeing the cherry blossoms is out this trip.
