danz 0
hey nat... i broke my back skiing once...it sucks... doctor said i shouldn't use a back supporter... you don't want your body to become dependant on it...next thing you know you are going to need a cane.... do lots of sit-ups...and other exercises that can build up the area... good luck... danz ------------------ pray for snow
Nat 0
Danz, thanks for comment. I think I gonna go Gym for exercising more often... (But I am quite lazy for going Gym...ahhh!) Nat
danz 0
hey nat... you know, you don't need a gym... you can do some kick-ass ski-specific exercises/strenghening drills in your own room/neighborhood...cheaper and raw! danz ------------------ pray for snow
cal 6
Yeah Nat, get on down in your own room. Just get some exercise vids out, select appropriate course and do it!! No need for any fancy stuff. Seriously, I agree with Danz, you don't want to get too dependant on something like that - no good in the long term.
Ocean11 0
My hips go spastic when the seasons change and walking gets really painful (too much stupid judo stretching when I was a kid). I used to just lie around groaning whenever it happened, but now I exercise when it starts hurting and the pain never gets worse than mildly annoying. Work it on out. Hey danz, your signature makes me more laugh more the more I see it. I'm praying man, I'm PRAYING!
Nat 0
Thanks for many suggestion... ...I don't mind to exercise at home, but I am a bit scared to re-mess my back because I couldn't do proper exercise myself... Well I gonna go try to go the gym and to exercise in my room.
