cal 6
Terrible isn't it? Raining in many regions, warm - it's like spring people. Looking at the maps too it doesn't look like there is a huge chance of much snow over the next few days either..... No dumps in sight at all.
mogski 0
Anyone know how to make it snow?
tonkatsu 0
Not good hey. Looks like this coming weekend might be one to sit out.
Ocean11 0
Oh definitely mogski. There's the ancient Norwegian ski-burning hex. Pile all your ski gear up at the bottom of the mountain and set fire to it. Temperatures drop, the clouds move in, snow falls, and snowboarders appear. Works every time. mogski 0
Not when I have spent my life savings on getting new gear this year thanks. Got any cheaper ideas Ocean11? [This message has been edited by mogski (edited 16 January 2002).]

gorilla 0
Went up to Kandatsu Kogen yesterday with a group of Japanese friend. It rained and was pretty miserable. Good points were that there was hardly anyone there and we had a decent group determined to enjoy themselves. But the rain and slushy conditions were not good. Roll on the next dump, as Cal might say.
monkeyz 0
About 10cm of snow here today in Yuzawa. Light snow at the moment. Here with me girlfriend and a few other friends for the weekend. Praying conditions aren't too bad this weekend.....gonna try out Kagura, Iwappara and GALA/Ishiuchi/Kogen over 3 days. Have a good one all....signing off.
