I nearly missed out on this topic.
All I can say is I look amazing in my boarding gear, even if I say so myself.
Why do you think that skiers and boarders fashion are different in the first place anyway?
Boarder fashions rule!
Just kind of noticed this last week.
Has anyone else noticed a change in fashions this season compared to last. I am seeing much less grunge. Dare I say it, boarding fashion is becoming more mainstream. Almost skier-ish. Looking forward to your comments, certain dudes on the board!!!!
Wonder how the fashions are gonna change in time for next season?
I think some cheese accessories will be in next season.
The jacket I bought this year has a padded inner pocket for a 'mini-disk player' but I was struck by how appropriate it would be for maturing and protecting a nice camembert.
I reckon the "bikini" look will be in next season, with Kylie Minogue as the new snowboarding (lack-of-material-needed-to-make-) fashion trendsetter.
The inside of my ski jacket has a pocket for a mobile phone. I'm looking for a hip flask that fits.
Sharon, I thought hip flasks were, like, boys things. What you got in yours then?
I'm the fashion queen!
No, seriously I heard that 80's-skier-like fashions are coming back but this time for boarders next season.
Skiers will revert back to a grunge look and becoeme "the thing to do" again.
NO - not 80's fashion.
NOOOOOOOOO to BIG HAIR
Naked is the fashion for 2003.
On the TV this morning they were talking about fall and winter fashions.
So now you know - the colors for next winter season on the slopes are WHITE and DARK BROWN. There you go.
Many outfits are now pretty cross platformed and I see not much of a differnce between them (except those guys still weraring France racing team or Snoopy stuff, now THOSE are dorky to me). Oh BTW, I hate guys were the "TEAM" outfits - I think I will start a new thread!!
I wish I had more money to enjoy the new fashions every year. Some of before fashion make me laugh. Especially skier one!
Has anyone ever seen bikini ski/board girls racing down the slopes in Japan at all?
Just wondering if it happens here for promotions whatever.
You want bikini riding? I see bikini on an event stage in Alts last season it looked really cold. Brrrrrr
Alts in Fukushima?
Yes we want to know about bikini clad bunnies.
So is there bikini skiing/riding ANYWHERE in the world?
