What on earth is famunda cheese? Sounds a bit smelly - is it?

 

I would go with a normal Cheddar at Hakuba 47 for a multitude of reasons that I can't quite pin down right now.

Some interesting combinations here - not that I agree with them all, but we all have our opinions of course.

 

Maybe I will try some of the combinations out next season.

 

Please do send in more - this may well end up being a chapter in my book on cheeses and their connection with non-cheese things.
