Depends on the conditions-I consider a sucessful day to be 5 hours of riding hard but including breaks. I find I'm usually pretty shot by then but if the day is worth it I'll be there early and keep at it.

Usually one of the first on top of the mountain(after having my rice ball and downing a bottle of Livobitan). Go non-stop for as long as my legs can bear(usually about 5 to 6 hours), then call it a day in early afternoon.

Definately early, esp mid season so you can get a decent park and dont have to walk 20 mins to get back to your car (ie Nozawa). Finish around 3 or later on a good day. I just get too tired and start skiing like crap if I stay later and thats when most injuries seem to occur. I cant seem to stay awake late after skiing either, usually in bed by 11 but was asleep by 8;30pm after last weekend - Im a kid again!
