Happos usagi rabbit is the most famous in japan by far. not the hardest but its in the top ten. the field 50 meters wide and drops about 400 meters down in length. If you can do it without stopping and falling your a hero. huge 1 meter drops in some places though.

Nozawa has a couple of runs that get some respectable moguls on them. There's one facing the lower carpark that often gets a lot of powder on it too. It's quite steep and wide, but not very long. They also have a mogul festival (if you can believe that...) near the end of the season where they make a long artificial mogul run down one of their long slopes. Dunno whether they do that every year or not though.

Death to moguls.

Wowow used to have (still do this season??) a ski lesson program in winter. I think it was last year it was based at that Hakkai-san.

The mogul run there certainly looked wicked - definitely go with lots of energy and working knees.
