ALL JAPAN DAILY SNOW CHARTS - MOST SNOW / MOST NEW SNOWFALL

Snow depth and new snowfall data for hundreds of ski and snowboard resorts around Japan will begin updating on a daily basis from Monday.

The first new data of the season has today been added. Keep in mind that it is also early season and most resorts are not yet open.

Here's how you can view this information within SnowJapan.

On that chart you'll be able to see which resort currently has the most snow.

And if you click on the headers at the top, you'll be able to sort the information in different ways.

Sorting the data by Prefecture.

Or Town.

You can also check out the official snow depths at ski resorts and play around with sorting of that data in each Prefecture.

Go to our Resorts section of the main site:

OK on the left side you will see a list of prefectures.

Click on one, for example Nagano:

Sugoi! Look, there's all the ski-jo in Nagano!

See the top of the columns? Click on any of those to sort the data by that field. Click on it again to sort the opposite way.

By doing this you can list up the resorts by snow depth, just like this:

Or indeed you can sort the resorts by town name or any of the other fields on that age.

If you go to the Town pages like the one below, you can sort there too:

Individual resort snow depth data is also posted (where available) on the resort pages of the website, for example (near the top right):

If a resort is not listed, it means that there is no official snow depth data being supplied by that resort.

We are still in the process of linking it up properly for this season and making a few fine adjustments..... daily updates should begin on Monday.
