Thundercat 60
Down 7kg from my post-Canada high, which is actually 2kg down from before I left. Feeling pretty good!
zebedee 1
Well done! Hitting a "pleatau" I feel here.
stemik 14
I lost 13kg this year from the high in February. I bought the Insanity DVD series. It's a 60 day program of intense fitness for about 45 mins per day. I saw my ribs and six pack for the first time in a lot of years!! The trainer, Shaun T, is very good at motivating and its cheaper than a gym membership.
grungy-gonads 54
How much was that?
stemik 14
i think it was about $150 for everything from the beachbody.com website. You might be able to find it cheaper though in Japan

Big Al 16
93kg this morning, so that's my starting point. Have been getting down to 85 or 86 in recent years when really clocking up the k's on my bike, but with current massive work commitments draining my time resources I'll target 88kg for January 9th when we fly out to Happo. Going to try Tubby's 5:2 diet starting tomorrow. Tubby, did you clear it all with your GP first? or just dive in?
Tubby Beaver 209
I just dived in.....but I'm only 34.
Big Al 16
Decided to start it as a 6:1 with the usual addition of eating more sensibly on the normal days. Even without the fasting day I can normally knock off the kilos by ramping up my cycling intensity / total k's and eating more sensibly. It's the lowering of this IFG1 that really interests me although I'll probably not get it checked in the near future.
634-maru 4
Is there no 7:0 version?

Big Al 16
Yes, may change tact next week. Yesterday I had my 600 cal quota in one hit at brekkie. Probably better to spread it throughout the day. I seriously had some weird dreams about food lol.
