The FOOTBALL Thread (2014-2015)

This would somewhat change the look and feel of United

!

The biggest change there is playing 4-3-3, not actually introducing Falcao. They could play that already, even with RVP or Welbeck. Rooney goes in front of di Maria though. He kind of pulls left anyway, so I think he could play left forward.

There is talk of Man U's youth teams supposedly playing 3-5-2, so it might be here to stay.

United should just sign ALL strikers. Just so Arse and City can't get em. All the lot of them!

:grandpa:

Still think this has got to be complete bollocks.

Some foreign types are possibly mistaking 'Manchester' for being us, when it's actually the other lot. Either that or just playing for money.

Private jet for Falcao was booked last night - I'm told it will land in Manchester just before 5pm

I remember when Berbatov went, it was a ??? which 'Manchester' he was going to when he was on the plane.

Just signed. Phew. I believe it now.

We have quite some talent to play with. How do fit them in together though?

It should be exciting anyway.

Why didn't Everton take Cleverley. Surely we offered a 2-for-1 whereby you guys take back brush-head? Or even 3-for-1 and take Anderson. Not sure if there's enough McDonalds around Everton though to satisfy him.

"Danny Welbeck has signed for Arsenal after 29 goals in 142 appearances for #mufc. Good luck for the future, Danny. Prolific."

I think someone naughty added the last bit on there actually.
