BagOfCrisps 24
Hmm, I don't think I have been to one of those places. Not sure I want to either!

METAL 0
I've had a good few nights in snack bars. Naff food they put in front of you aside, yeah it has been fun. Looking back, the best ones where when I was a guest and didn't pay!
METAL 0
Wonder if this kind of place will survive. Are they popular with young'uns these days? Don't suppose there's a lack of older people at the moment though.
Peetan 10
As the younger get older, they change their ways. Izekaya will always be popular with the worker crowd as long as people consider gambatte-ing to the late night is the way to live a life.
@tokyo 14
There's a real difference between izakaya and snack though isn't there? Well I know one big difference. I like izakaya. I hate snack bars.
joshnii 2
What a silly name anyway....... snack bar.
Tubby Beaver 209
the "snacks" are always disgusting………those wrinkly pickled vegetables that look as if they've been incubated in a lady's front pouch!
Alexander L 80
on an entirely different subject, the bowls of "snacks", nuts, raisins, crisps, etc on the bar for free consumption should never be touched. Dudes who wazz and don't wash their hands would come back to the bar and molest them nuts. And if they're not finished off by the end of the night, they get poured back into the box. DISGUSTING

Chriselle 158
Does washing my hands in my own urine count? *comedy purposes only. Only if you rub your hands through your hair afterwards.....chicks dig the wet look ya know...

Alexander L 80
I think th raisin would be the worst. The moist-ish texture just begging for e-coli.
