Whats the difference between this and the normal Ebisu beer? Anyone able to explain?

 

It's an amber ale so it uses different malts than a normal Ebisu. It's got a slightly sweet caramel flavour and a slightly bready / nutty kind of chewiness to it. In my opinion, it's the best macro brew beer in Japan. Of course there are better amber ales/lagers but then you pay craft beer / import price.
