Have you considered checking out the locally based pros like Glen Claydon & Niseko Photography? They together with Mike Pow would have millions of great shots.

 

I have a few good ones I've taken over the years but they wouldn't have high enough resolutions to suit your purposes...

Take them all normally in colour and convert in Lightroom by clicking on a button, 634-maru.

The only faffing about I do when taking photos is changing lenses.

(And why don't they make a camera that closes/blocks all the sensitive bits inside the camera while you do that? :grandpa: )

That photo of mine seemore is originally in colour and I just used the editing software on flickr to change it to b&w. Using a better editor would get a better result.
