snowdude 44 Posted December 18, 2013 Share Posted December 18, 2013 We got 25cm of snow here in Kobuchisawa and to think where I used to live in Kofu got 1cm only. And it is puking down with snow as I type this I mean Niigata style snow. Trouble is I have to go to Kofu for the day and miss all this lovely snow. Hoping it doesnt warm up today as was forecasted for everywhere. I will get photos up tonight. I used my other camera so sure to be ok. Link to post Share on other sites

Although it was snowing heavy in Kobuchizawa when I left just before 8am it was actually drizzling in Nagasaka which is just 5k away and 100 metres lower altitude so maybe the snow will turn to rain. A friend was up at Teine last night for nighta and said it was surprisingly soft up there. Frozen snow and frozen roads black ice everywhere after the temps went back down below freezing. Actually some blue sky on show this morning for the first time in three days.
