muikabochi 208
Yey, first snow in the valley and I stole a few moments from my work to get a few shots in. Nothing special just great to see some white. I'll try and keep my trees and non skijo photos in this thread. It's fast melting btw.

kokodoko 67
you have the alpine scenery market sewn up, bro.
Nisoko 6
Yes pressure on muikabochi! I like seeing your reports from places and seeing the places. I actually prefer them to seeing skiers/boarders who could be at any of hundreds of places. Keep them coming!

Metabo Oyaji 71
How the heck did you get those angles? Did you have to hike up somewhere? Or were you just terribly clever?
muikabochi 208
Thanks. MO, not clever, took it from the side of Route 17. Just a zoom lens 'zoomed in' - and then discarding about 50% of the image.

Goomba 0
Nice. Had a look at some of your other photos too. Awesome. Hope to see more this season.
muikabochi 208
It was a lovely morning here. Blue skies and the sun out. I thought it would be a good time to get over to Yuzawa and take a few pics. My, those clouds moved in fast. It was grey by the time I got to Daigenta. So, black and white it is! Still not much snow at all in Yuzawa. Though hopefully that might change tonight. Anyway, what I managed to get of Daigenta.
miller 1
Nice pics. Still not very snowy, I hope you get lots soon.
HoTRoD 2
I remember this Daigenta Canyon place before, it looks really pretty. How far from the town center is it muikabochi?
muikabochi 208
I'd guess about 5km, but that probably means it's more like 10km. Hold on I'll check.
muikabochi 208
Haha yes, from the central town area of Yuzawa to Daigenta, it's about 9k. You basically go towards Yuzawa Park skijo and just continue on that road until you get there. There's nothing there really, just the views.
HoTRoD 2
Thanks muika. Take lots of pics this year, ok?
muikabochi 208
Hopefully will get lots of chances. I'm trying to arrange myself so that I can go as many times as possible when the weather is muika-tenki.
