I am with AU and have been for years now, but they are getting more expensive while Docomo are now cheaper than AU and have a better service I think. I will most probably swap to Docomo next year once this two year contract runs out. I haven't been happy with their cheaty ways of recent, especially with their land line side of it, which turns out to cost a lot more than they advertise or even state in their literature. The main reason AU have expanded very quickly, much more so than the other carriers and as a result have spent a lot of money, which they need to recuperate from their customers, as a result customer service now sucks and their pricing plans are not so good now. The frankly ridiculous overuse of words such as 'incredible' and 'amazing' really grates something bad. Especially in that Texan accent. I almost want to buy an Android phone. Well, maybe not.
