snowdude 44 Posted April 25, 2013 Share Posted April 25, 2013 Reminds of a few years ago someone did some graffiti on a train in Tokyo and it made headline news on Tv and in the papers as it was tje first time it had ever happened. They didnt run that train until it was cleaned up. Here in Latvia there is graffiti but not much really not compared to france or the UK. Also didnt notice to much in Lithuania and Estonia either which was good especially with all the lovely old buildings that they have. Will be back to graffiti free Japan saturday. Getting caught could mean years in jail or the death penalty, depending how much money you can cough up. Separatists, however would do grafitti to should that they are intent on the struggle.
