Damn it's that time of the year

Strange how it can suddenly come.

And, as with my Dad, suddenly disappear as well. After 20+ years of suffering.

I'm sure there must be some "science" behind that.

I might have to do some research.

Come to think of it, "Personal Domes" may be one solution. I will investigate.

Had the Hayfever injections last year and seemed to work well. A total of about 6 injections, getting each injection every 2 or 3 days from the local doctor.

Going to see how well I handle it without injections this year but have already had troubles with itchy eyes and a pretty bad runny nose so might get the injections again next year if this gets much worse.

I used to suffer with hayfever every summer back in England but never when visiting other countries, including living here in Japan. I therefore thought it was something to do with local pollen but that doesn't seem to be the case for others. It's a mystery!!

It is to do with the pollen. Pollen types are different in different countries, just means that ur body is not allergic to the pollen from here. It most often goes the other way tho...not allergic at home but allergic abroad...as ur body doesn't recognise the foreign pollen and attacks it....causing the allergic response
