Wallpapered and painted well actually reformed my mother in-laws house a few years ago. But not many Japanese do decorating they normally ask a company to do for them. In hindsight, I should have just paid the dude. The bits I had to do were under a 45 degree roof and a corner with two 45 degree roofs, so it was a bit of a nightmare. When they don't come, enjoy scoffing on the snacks! Make sure they are your favourite snacks, to avoid any disappointment. That should really be in the Top Tips thread.
