Deary me. If you liked Die Another Day, you no doubt would not be keen on Skyfall. Or any other decent Bond movie.

It was on TV the other night I didn't watch it I just thought I liked it and haven't really liked on since

 

don't get me wrong they are ok but not as good as what they used to be or other movies have just got better

In my recent Bondathon, Die Another Day came in bottom of all the films in the series.

It has very few merits and lots of many minus points.

After that bloated silly mess, they needed to reboot (as they have done a few times), and reboot in style they did with Casino Royale.

For the hits and giggles, I'm going to try and 'rank' them all.

Very serious business, will post when done.

Actually since watching so many of the old Bond's on TV in the run up to the release last week of Skyfall, I've realised that I think they are all cheesy crud. I remember them as good cos I watched them as a kid but watching them back I find I think they are dross. I like the new ones though, maybe in 20 years I'll think they same about the Daniel Craig series

There was certainly some cheese always on hand.

But there was a certain charm and style about them.

 

The Brosnan era seemed to generally have extra large helpings of cheese but without the charm, especially that last one.
