pie-eater 207
I really like drinking my beer from a nice glass. Last summer when I went to the Black Sheep brewery in Yorkshire got a lovely long beer glass. Disaster struck over the weekend when I broke it. So, need to find another new fave beer glass until I can replace it. What kind of glass do you like?
BagOfCrisps 24
I'm being a bit boring perhaps but digging a pint Guinness glass at the moment.
Tubby Beaver 209
Some glasses are good for most beers and some are only good for certain beers....I feel the traditional Guinness glass (straight sided, no curves) is only good for ale....if you serve lager in it the head disappears quick smart. The Oktoberfest is currently on in Yokohama, every year i usually forgo my glass deposit and take home one of the nice glasses you can get with your beer. Last year was a Spaten Stein......very nice heavy glass. I've a stone tankard and I used to have a nice Erdinger one before that broke
gnarly-dude 1
I kind of like the silly little glasses that you get here with bottles, but at home I like a good pint glass.
Hokkaidough 4
I kind of like the silly little glasses that you get here with bottles. Grown to love them at first I thought it was mad. And ended up drinking way more than I thought I was as well with all the topping up.
BeerTengoku 35
Usually drink from a can, but Guinness in a guinness glass. If I have time, then I'll either use a bog standard pint glass, or a large, straight glass.
SKI 15
I have a retro chunky pint glass that I sometimes use. Looks funny now. A bit like this but somehow much nicer
mina2 6
Haven't seen a glass like that in YEARS!
miller 1
I like a nice heavy and shapely glass. Not too thin.
