To clarify further, I've generally used it to mean something like, "not, despite any similarities in pronunciation or spelling."

Soma Romantopia

 

That it is.

 

The name "Soma" comes from the name of a former town (which was absorbed into Hirosaki in 2006) where the ski area is located...

The word "Romantopia" probably comes from some combination of "Romance" or "Romantic" and "Utopia"...
