That it is. Named after (and co-developed by the owners of) Hunter Mountain ski area in New York, USA.   Over to you, Muikabochi.

Ah my fault, sorry - it was linking to a test page that no longer exists and I obviously forgot to change that.

I don't think so Bags, Shiga Kogen is such a large area with 21 different ski areas.

 

Pick one of the 21

 

A BIG hint is that it is at the bottom of a peak that rises to over 2000 metres

You got it Metabo or at least very close. It is the onsen stream that runs through the hotels of Suzurikawa just above Kumanoyu.

Nekoma doesn't have any gondolas either.

 

Think of places that have that style (or any style) of gondola...
