TheOrange 0
These days, the main (only) exercise I do is ride my bike. But at the moment I am going out about 5 times a week and doing around 20km each time, so pretty decent I think.

ham 0
I play football, tennis and badminton - usually once a week. Not at the same time! Skiing is limited to how much I can get out of Hong Kong in winter, which unfortunately isn't a whole great deal.

snowdude 44
Always great to see, looks quite tame though compared to the Kuk Sool Won competitions I used to enter, but never the less always good to watch any martial arts display! I don't compete anymore, but still practice the techniques, kicks, punches, blocks, throws, disarmament, etc, etc, and of course possibly the most important part of any martial art is respect for the art and others around you. SKI 15
What exactly is "bushwalking"? A bit more than simply walking through some bushes, I presume?
Tubby Beaver 209
its autralese for walking in the countryside (but Oz doesn't have countryside, it only has "the bush") ie Hiking

Tubby Beaver 209
"bush" has other meanings in these parts also But not in Brazil well I wouldn't want to be next in that kind of bush if people were walking through it

LiquidX 0
I used to play loads of tennis and squash and go swimming a lot too. Sadly I don't do any of those any more. Play football with a bunch of friends once a week but outside of winter that's about it.
