gti 0 Posted February 5, 2003 Share Posted February 5, 2003 -54F wind chill at Squaw back in '87 (or 88). had a facemask on and my face was fine, but my ears sticking out beneath my hat felt 'exposed' to the elements. otherwise was fine..anything below a certain point all starts feeling the same though. brrr. amandanism 0 Posted February 6, 2003 Share Posted February 6, 2003 ive lived in singapore for the past 6 years. anything below 20C i consider "exposure to the elements" and i get the winter clothes out. needless to say the -15 that greeted me in the wee hours this morning was probably up there with the coldest (most recently anyway...) i suspect when i was in canada during winter a few years ago it went below -20 (east coast maritimes)the locks on the car doors froze and we were stranded mid blizzard in the middle of no where.
