But everywhere else they are completely illegal and have been for my entire lifetime Ah well i'm gonna give it a crack anyway And back on topic as far as i can see CNY is Jan 23, but i could have sworn i saw something about 10 - 12th of Feb being a high traffic time in Niseko due to the CNY weekend but i can't seem to find where i saw it now...
