Since summer is a hot and humid affair in Japan, people lose appetite and their diet tends to go towards less fatty food... The Unagi suppliments the lack of fat. We don't have mud in the waterways so they are very clean tasting. A quick pan fry with a bit of butter, garlic and chilli is the way to go. Link to post Share on other sites
