Thought about having a jog today.

 

Have come along a long way to be thinking that on a Sunday morning.

 

Next month, I will get dressed to go for a jog.

next month'll be too hot n sweaty to go jogging.....best not rush these things Rob, get your thoughts in order first then a couple of months down the line you'll be ready to get dressed....who knows, by Christmas you may even be in the right frame of mind to actually leave the house at more than a walking pace!

30km on Saturday and 20km yesterday.

Feeling good!

But, running out of routes getting a bit bored with the neighbourhood area to be honest.

I might just have to get the bike in the car from time to time and check out a new area.

After 3+ months stewing, eating too much and drinking too much - I had good excuses wink - I have decided it is time to sit up straight and start getting back into some sort of shape.

 

I think I will start off with the bike. Easy at first.

I have been going down to a local gym in the last few weeks.

Thought I'd get myself in some kind of shape pre-England summer holidays.

Didn't enjoy it at first but I have kept going and actually starting to enjoy it.

Do a bit of jogging machine as well as some weights and general stuff.

 

I could do without the J-pop music channel though!
