jared 0
Hey minty - I was gonna pm you but they seem to be disabled at the moment. Do you know where in NZ I could buy some Malolactic culture? I only need enough for about 60L. Also, any difference in quality between the dried stuff and the liquid ones? It is starting to look like I might have to order it from the US. This is my first attempt at making Pinot noir. thanks
Mintyjulep 0
You're in chch right? Does that place on Linwood ave - brewers friend or something sell it? They seem to have a fairly good range of winemaking products. I'll have a better look tomorrow (royal wedding is starting omg!) - I'll also ask a friend if their winery has any spare. When do you need it by?
jared 0
I'm in Dunedin but I'll phone the place on linwood ave. I kinda need it early next week (but I'm gonna be a bit late I think), I left it a bit late organising it cos I just assumed it would be easy to find online. I have another friend trying to get me some, if he cant get any I'll get back to you and try your friend. Thanks
BagOfCrisps 24
I had a lovely bottle of cheapo fizzy wine over the weekend. Was given to me, from Marks and Sparks.
