Fattwins 0
Like a big karate kick, grabing the tucked up ski and holding as long as you can. Go now this week the park should rock to bad I have to work.
zwelgen 0
Just wondering fattwins/OUFS2 and other skier types, what do you think is one of the easiest tricks, like a step up from straigh air kind of thing? Im feeling adventurous...
Will Lee 0
Wow, I am indeed impressed. Just checked out the link...didn`t know Hotaka Bokujo has transformed itself into a freestyle wonderland! When I was there right after New Year there were only 2 small kickers, a reg sized box and one long one, that`s all(no halfpipe yet(. Maybe I should head out over that way again next month. It doesn`t look like Kanto will get anymore dumps. Going to Urabandai Nekoma tonight...I hope their newly redesigned board park will be open this time.
Fattwins 0
I dont know about Hotoka. Zwelgen try a back scratcher and then try to grab the tail. or a good one tuck up your skis reach down with your hand and grab one ski (SAFTY GRAB), or grab behind the boot good easy starters. meat 0
When I was at uni, I learnt how to do the cutting a woman in half magic trick. IT was quite impressive.
Markie 0
Cutting someone in half? That's easy. Don't need anyone to teach me that. I have a good samurai sword which can do the trick. The difficult part is getting someone to mop up the blood afterwards.
snowboard_freak 0
And i hear that getting away with it can be quite tricky.
TheOrange 0
Tokoro de, Markie, what nationality are you?
OUfreeski2 0
Definitely the easiest trick would have to be the Japan Air.Just pop off the kicker, reach down w/ur right hand and grab ur left ski(just behind the back binding). This trick can look really styley in the pipe if you can kick your right foot out to the MAX.There are other trix similar to this such as the rocket air>keep your legs straight and reach down w/ur right hand and grab ur left ski on front of the front binding. The classic MUTE grab is also easy and styley!Good luck!! ayumi_nagumo 0
It is called Japan Air?
enderzero 0
Yeah...why do all the ski grabs have snowboard grab names???
snowboard_freak 0
Because deep down they really want to be like us.
scouser 4
Here we go again!
Fattwins 0
Because there are so many tricks and not enough names.
zwelgen 0
Does anyone else notice that its always the boarders that start shit like this? The stupid pointless waste of time ski vs snowboard arguement. Seriously guys why bother? Does it make you feel good? I hate that "oh your a skier" attitude, its so dumb can you tell its monday morning?
Ocean11 0
Yeah, I've noticed that too. But even worse than the damn snowboarders are the telemark crew. Boy do they have a lot of bleedin' attitude or what?!
snowboard_freak 0
Easy kids easy. I was just pulling your chains, rattling your cages. Hence the little smilies that I used.
enderzero 0
Yeah dude - you gotta watch your self when you are teasing skiers. They are pretty sensitive. (and I hear they are a little impatient too)
Fattwins 0
Not worried at all. some whistler stats 3 years ago 70% to 30% in favour of snowboarders... 2002 2003 stats 60% to 40% skiers. The new equipment is all the rage.
T3 0
Staying on the board for a whole day without a major wipeout. It felt like a trick to me, anyway

Such an old lame topic And agree with you O11 - those telemarkers should just shut up and stop causing so many problems
OUfreeski2 0
Why do all snowboard grabs have skateboard grab names?
jared 0
Because deep down they really want to be like skateboarders.
