ttuchin 0
I have heard rumours that it is really hard to hire ski boots in shiga kogen and Hakuba for men's western size feet. My son's are size 11 feet. Does anyone know if I can risk leaving boot hire til I get there or should I hire in Australia? it is just so heavy carrying it all over

Kraut_in_HongKong 0
11 is still baby size. I have US 13 (or 30.5 in ski language). I sometimes email the ski rental and so far it was no problem to get me boots. However, they may not have many pairs at hand. But each ski place has several rental shops. I tested: Hakuba/Spicy Hakuba/Rainbow Niseko/One rental right at the lift Nozawa/One rental right at the lift 11 should be much easier.
