gurgle 0
I looked on the web for about a minute and could not find anything. Anyone know, it's for an eleven month old ?
Metabo Oyaji 71
According to the JR East web pages, for trains in general (not just shinkansen), kids below elementary-school age are free unless: 1) the kid needs a reserved seat or sleeper bunk, then they need a "child" (ã“ã©ã‚‚) ticket, which is half the adult price; or, 2) there are more than two children below elementary school age per adult in the party, in which case the third (and fourth...) kid needs a "child" (ã“ã©ã‚‚) ticket. "Child" (ã“ã©ã‚‚) fares (half the adult fare) apply from when the kid turns 6 or starts 1st grade (whichever comes later), until the kid turns 12 or graduates from 6th grade (whichever comes later). After that they are charged adult fares.
