nzlegend 1
Dunno, but it streams very well, been watching the Ashes cricket all over the place on it, out in the yard today while I did some bicycle maintenance. That's something the ipad cant do - most streaming sites use flash player. EA mobile games are 80yen at the moment to buy on Android - get them while they are cheap.
grungy-gonads 54
That's one of the few things the Tab does better than the Pad.

grungy-gonads 54
'stream flash' the other thing is 'be smaller'

thursday 1
I had a go with my brother in law's one. It was rather slow and the display was too smal for my liking. Maybe I have big eyes.
grungy-gonads 54
The screen itself, I would say, is really very good. But it is half the size of the ipad. Like I said before, if I am at home and want to choose one, ipad trumps tab allll the way.
thursday 1
I think I'll give this a miss for the Ipad2.
grungy-gonads 54
I'm using my Galaxy Tab a bit more at the moment and enjoying it more. Finding it a better size than the ipad for kicking back and reading books on, just one-handed. They both have their place.
charlotte 0
My friend has got one of these. It looks like a fun device to have. Do you need to be tied to docomo to get one or is there a wifi only version?
Kraut_in_HongKong 0
What really surprised my about the Galaxy is that it's priced well above the iPad, even though it's smaller. Since it can't support Android 3 (Honeycomb) I can't see much future for it. I would rather wait a few weeks till 3.0 comes out and then chose. I would also go rather for a 10" screen. 7" it's too small as a work tool, for simple email etc. I use my iPod Touch. iPad2 will probably be announced within the next 3 weeks too. Error404 0
You can either make a decision and jump in with things like this or wait until you die. There is always going to be something better coming along within a month or two.
klingon 10
Many people will have no idea or care what Android 3.0 is.
grungy-gonads 54
Well, for me mail and basic stuff on a small phone is annoying and I just don't do it. 7" screen is ok for doing that kind of thing though but the smallest limit for me.
