stemik 14
I wonder how many don't pay it? I've heard it's quite high in rural Japan.
grungy-gonads 54
One thing that I really don't like is people not paying their taxes.

charlotte 0
Mine came last week. As inevitable as they are, definitely a gloomy day getting such big numbers on a bill to pay. Well they look big to me anywaï½™ï¼

BagOfCrisps 24
Looks like pretty much everyone in the UK is going to get slapped with a few tomorrow. Some more than others.
thursday 1
Sad is it not when the English cut back on ear cleaning agents for deprived children. Cameron making out that Labour were spend spend spend. Totally agree. How could one justify warm pools for pets of deprived families?
BagOfCrisps 24
What is your point, Thursday? Cuts certainly are necessary. We shall see how they plan to do it.
thursday 1
point? dunno really. Labour has spent on things that a government trying to reduce a deficit would think wasteful I spose. But I still like those pools,

rach 1
Got mine this week. I asked a Japanese colleague to explain all those numbers on the back - they couldn't.
Tubby Beaver 209
my mrs knows what the breakdown is. Last year she fgured she was paying too much and did the calculation herself and by her count she was paying over the odds, she went down to the tax office and told them, they had a look and agreed with her...she got a reduction! Pity mines was spot on!
orinoco 0
I have just come back from the bank - paid the whole lot in one go. That was painful. But I can forget about it now until next June.
Go Native 70
Well considering I used to pay more in tax each year in Aus than my gross earnings here in Japan the numbers don't seem to big to me!
iiyamadude 6
I did the same this year. The day after I got them I went and paid them all. It hardly registered at all in my brain, the money was whisked out of my account and gone. I think I'll do that every year if I have enough in my account.
