cal 6
Or not? I'm sure lots of people have finished for the season, does that mean that most places are almost empty even at the weekends?
Will Lee 0
Yeah, pretty much. Just try to avoid them popular ones.
phat 0
No busier than they have been in the peak season, thats for sure. Right at the end it might get busy with people crowding into just a couple of places.
echineko 1
Some place will be very busy, maybe more than last year because of snow situatiuon.
scouser 4
Everyone is trying to get to the same (small amount of) snow, so it can get busy. Go before then or in the week now and it is generally not at all.
IceEiji 0
Did you find the last weekend busy at all? I don't think so much.
nekobi 0
happo wasn't crowded at all.
Will Lee 0
Well, it`s all relative. I went to GALA Yuzawa on Thur and hit Hotaka Bokujo yesterday and although both places weren`t exactly what you`d call "busy" I felt a good number of people did come out. With most ski areas closing after last weekend I think you`ll see the places that stay open taking on more visitors(including myself)than you`d expect.
JEZx 0
Yeah, they might get semi-busy especially at the weekends now with just a small % of the total still open.
Fattwins 0
Not so busy in Gifu last weekend.
fukdane 2
Not so busy at Kagura according to my matey who was up there yesterday. I'll be going on up tomorrow.
klingon 10
For those of you who were out there - how busy was it last weekend?
Will Lee 0
My buddy and I were really looking forward to finally checking out Okutadami Maruyama sometime this month but recent reports tell us it`s a no go afterall. According to our Japanese source it`s been mad crowded up there for the last couple of weeks(the lines for kickers are backed up for 15min...can you imagine?!). My plan for one more solo day-trip by train to GALA has also been put out due to similar reason. I guess all the trickstaz are coming out in full force huh? We have sadly concluded that we must settle for Kagura tomorrow.*sob*
AET 0
Went to Tenjin the other day and it was really busy, and quite crap. Last day for me this season.

Will Lee 0
Yup, SnoboYaro`s season-ending ceremony will begin promptly at 8am tomorrow.
snowboard_freak 0
What ceremony might that be Snobo? The waxing of the board?
Will Lee 0
Correction...the actual closing ceremony took place at around 12:30pm last Sun with my buddies and I trading handshakes&making toasts with canned drinks we got out of the nearby vending machine. Damn, it was hot last weekend!
