Saw some nice footage of them digging out the facilities in the Northern Alps on the local news last night. The alpine guest houses are completely buried under the snow. They also showed the track of a massive avalanche running down the whole mountain. The guest house was about 1/15 the width of the slide. H11 was saying "They want to get some chairlifts up there".
