ShinyDiscoBall 2 Posted March 1, 2010 Share Posted March 1, 2010 I have noticed this season that Gala Yuzawa doesn't seem be closed much due to winds. Last season in particular it seemed to be closed a few days a week, but it has been very rare this time. Is it due to there not being winds, or something else they have done? Cheers! muikabochi 208 Posted March 1, 2010 Share Posted March 1, 2010 Good point, I have only noticed a very few days when Gala wasn't open and that was generally the really mad windy ones. I'm not sure about this, but I think they had a downhill course available to them this season - not officially open or anything but perhaps it's existance allows them to open with more confidence on windy days. ie. people might be able to use that to get down in the case of an incident like the one a few years back.
