sand 17
I know I would recommend it, but a friend is wondering if it is a requirement for most resorts if you wish to ride in the park, or is it optional? does anyone know?
RobBright 35
Not the case - have ridden without one at Gala and at hakuba. Noone said anything, until I feel over and smacked my head.
Oyuki kigan 0
i don't think its required at any park i know of. I rarely wore a helmet for 19 seasons, but after i knocked myself out and broke a couple ribs (on a small kicker i'd been hitting all season) last year, i started wearing one. thursday 1
I'd thought that the park would be a helmet wearing place given that so many idiots do their stuff and stuff it without control.
RobBright 35
Oh it should be, but it isn't that tightly controlled over here.
tactic 0
Korea on the other hand are very strict about wearing helmets, can't go into park/pipe without a helmet and also signing waiver forms
